Can I return an order?

You can return an order if you detect a problem with the delivery. If this happens, inform our distributor and there will be no costs associated with the return.

Does the product price include shipping costs?

There are no shipping costs for subscriptions, this is one of the benefits of being a subscriber. When ordering packs or single beers, shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.

When will I receive my order?

As soon as you place the order you will receive an email confirming it. After payment has been confirmed, you will receive a new email with the delivery schedule.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

Yes, as long as the order has not yet been prepared. To do so, just send an email to geral@drophop.pt.

If I subscribe, when can I cancel it?

You can whenever you want. Just go to your profile and click on "Manage Subscription" and then "Cancel plan".
